Technical Supervisor – Facilities Management

Location: Manchester M17

Are you ready to take the next step in your FM career? WPS is looking for a Technical Supervisor to oversee multiple contracts and lead a small team, including one Engineer as a direct report.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure timely completion of PPM and reactive works across multiple sites
  • Review and challenge Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) to maintain compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare, review, and submit quoted costs for additional works
  • Provide technical guidance and support to your Engineer and contractors
  • Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across all contracts

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within Facilities Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
