The Vacancy

WPS are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead holistic Asset Management services within a long-term PFI contract in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse housing portfolio and deliver high-quality services across responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, gas servicing, and M&E works.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of asset management services across c650 homes
  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports, ensuring performance and compliance
  • Coordinate responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, gas servicing, and M&E servicing and repairs
  • Ensure contract KPIs and service standards are met consistently
  • Work closely with stakeholders, residents, and internal teams
  • Balance site-based and office-based responsibilities for optimal oversight

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing Asset Management contracts in the social housing sector
  • Strong understanding of PFI contract frameworks (highly desirable)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage complex service delivery across varied housing stock
  • Comfortable working in both site and office environments
