The Vacancy
WPS are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works in occupied social housing properties across Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality improvements that make a real difference to residents’ homes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Maintain strong communication with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and carry out site inspections.
- Liaise with the wider project team to report progress and resolve issues.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience managing planned works in social housing, specifically kitchens and bathrooms.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and tenant liaison abilities.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card (preferred).
📅 Duration:
- 3-month fixed term contract with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
