What You’ll Do
- Create & Maintain Dashboards: Build engaging HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel to visualize key metrics.
- Deliver Reports: Produce accurate, timely HR reports and automate recurring tasks for efficiency.
- Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and enhance reporting.
- Support HR Projects: Use analytics to uncover trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Validate and clean HR data while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection laws.
- Assist Cyclical HR Activities: Provide accurate data for salary reviews, talent planning, and succession processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ideally experience with HRIS systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, HR, or related field (preferred).
- CIPD qualification (desirable).
