We’re on the lookout for a proactive, energetic, and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our FP&A team. This is a key role supporting both the FP&A function and the wider Finance structure, with plenty of scope for growth and development.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end processes including journals, reporting, and controls
- Prepare and consolidate complex monthly management accounts across multiple legal entities
- Produce key business reports and regional dashboards
- Manage fleet reporting and maintain financial data within COINS
- Analyse financial trends and ensure books are balanced
- Communicate effectively across the business, translating complex financial data into clear insights
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified (essential)
- Ideally degree educated
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar finance role
- Strong background in preparing and consolidating management accounts
- Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and report writing abilities
- Excellent communicator – able to explain complex ideas to non-finance stakeholders
- Self-motivated, thrives under pressure, and maintains high attention to detail
- Team player with aspirations for career growth
- Bonus Experience:
- COINS and Power BI
