The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to lead the delivery of property services at Twycross Zoo, one of the UK’s leading conservation charities and visitor attractions. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-profile account in a dynamic, public-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Twycross Zoo, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead operational teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the zoo’s operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in account or contract management within property services, FM, or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a public-facing environment.
• Commercial awareness and financial management experience.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
