The Vacancy

WPS are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our planned team, working in partnership with a long-standing social housing provider. This role will focus primarily on kitchen and bathroom (K&B) refurbishment works across occupied properties.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned K&B works.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections.
  • Manage site documentation, progress reports, and snagging lists.

👤 Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing environments.
  • Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications desirable.
