Contract Manager – Living Space South Maintenance
📍 Location: Finsbury Park, London
💼 Salary: Competitive

Are you an experienced leader in housing maintenance with a passion for delivering high-quality services? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to oversee our Living Space South Maintenance division, managing a diverse portfolio including DTD, Voids, Planned and Disrepair workstreams with a turnover between £2m–£12m per annum.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team including supervisors, engineers, planners, and administrators
- Ensure operational, commercial, and safety success across all workstreams
- Drive contract profitability, customer satisfaction, and repeat business
- Collaborate with commercial and business development teams to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SHEQ standards and contractual KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum HNC in Construction (or equivalent)
- SMSTS / IOSH qualified
- Proven experience managing contracts in social housing or building maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and motivate teams effectively
