The Vacancy
WPS are seeking a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs services across social housing properties in the Crawley area.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repair works
- Conduct site visits and office-based coordination
- Monitor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues
👷 Requirements
- SSSTS certification (minimum)
- Proven experience in social housing repairs
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work across site and office environments
- Must live locally to Crawley
- Full UK driving licence
🌟 Desirable
- Background in managing repairs within a social housing setting
- Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
