🔧 About the Role:

As a Client Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support across a range of property services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries from clients and residents.
• Log and manage service requests using internal systems.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide updates and follow-ups to clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous service improvement.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
