The Vacancy

WPS Planned Division are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of one of our Decarbonisation Retrofit Works programme with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and tenant wellbeing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership and direction across retrofit schemes.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and contract compliance.
  • Oversee design coordination and supply chain engagement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of works including insulation, roofing, windows, doors, heat pumps, and more.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Lead and support your team through recruitment, performance management, and development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within housing retrofit or construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with SHDF funding and decarbonisation strategies is a plus.
