The Vacancy
WPS are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on our newly secured SHDF Retrofit contract in Oxfordshire. This is a high-impact programme targeting energy efficiency upgrades across 800 properties.
As the PM you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and managing a multidisciplinary team. The role reports into our Operations Lead
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of SHDF retrofit works including EWI, roof insulation, windows and doors, solar PV, and air source heat pumps
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with health and safety and PAS2035 regulations
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in planned works or retrofit projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of PAS2035 and SHDF retrofit standards
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams
- Experience in social housing environments is highly desirable
