WPS, working alongside London Borough of Ealing, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout a major home improvement programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a long-term initiative that enhances lives and homes across the borough.

💬Your Role

  • Be the friendly face and trusted contact for residents.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately about upcoming works.
  • Coordinate access arrangements and ensure residents are aware of work schedules.
  • Collaborate with WPS site teams and Ealing council staff.
  • Attend resident meetings and engagement events.
  • Keep accurate records and feedback logs.

  • Warm, approachable personality.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse communities.
  • Computer literacy — confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Experience in housing, customer service, or construction liaison (preferred).
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive mindset.
