The Vacancy

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team in Wolverhampton. You will oversee external programmes including roofing, windows and doors, communal areas, and FRA works for Wolverhampton Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme and manage short-term works schedules.
  • Lead operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct pre- and post-inspection visits and advise on job requirements and design solutions.
  • Deliver weekly site progress reports and ensure timely submission of job packs for invoicing and cash flow.
  • Ensure successful delivery and handover of schemes.

About You:

  • Proven track record in managing internal and external planned maintenance works.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a positive and engaging approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
