Are you the kind of person who finds joy in a perfectly filed folder? Do you get a buzz from keeping things organised and running like a well-oiled machine? If so, we’ve got just the role for you!

WPS is on the lookout for a Document Controller to support our brilliant Senior Design Manager and keep our projects on track. Based in the historic market town of Newbury, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things document-related.

🧩 What you’ll be doing:

  • Issuing, distributing, and maintaining controlled documents like a pro
  • Liaising with designers and specialist suppliers to keep information flowing
  • Training project teams on how to use our drawing management system (you’ll be the system sensei!)
  • Troubleshooting drawing issues and solving problems before anyone else even spots them
  • Using top-notch collaboration tools to keep everything on track

🎯 What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced document controller who knows their way around contract documentation
  • Someone with a good grasp of environmental legislation, risk management, and life cycle cost
  • A calm, organised communicator who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, along with a “can do” approach.
