📍 Location: Ideally based in London or Birmingham
🏢 Division: Facilities Management
🌍 On-site Presence: Finsbury Park, Redditch, and Manchester (3 days/week)
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our national operations, partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic people solutions that boost performance and support our business goals. You’ll also lead or contribute to exciting people projects across WPS, backed by our expert central HR teams.
Your mission includes:
- 🤝 Coaching & Support: Empower managers to lead and inspire their teams.
- 📜 Compliance & Governance: Champion consistent, high-performing HR practices.
- 🌱 Talent & Development: Shape career pathways and succession plans.
- 🔄 Change Management: Steer people-focused change initiatives.
- 💬 Employee Relations: Foster positive engagement across teams.
- 💰 Performance & Reward: Support salary reviews and performance cycles.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s:
- 🎓 A graduate (CIPD Level 5 preferred)
- 🧠 Experienced in generalist HR, ideally in multi-site or operational settings
- 📚 Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practices
- 🗣️ A confident communicator and coach, credible with senior leaders
- 💡 Commercially savvy with a people-first mindset
- 🔧 Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
- 🏘️ Bonus: Experience in facilities management, housing, or field-based operations
