As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our In-house Recruitment Team, supporting hiring across both our Construction Group and SES Engineering Services in the South.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping us find top talent for two dynamic parts of the business. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment Business Partners and the wider team, playing a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality, diverse candidates.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging direct candidates across a range of platforms

  • Screening, shortlisting, and recommending candidates for both live and forecasted vacancies

  • Building strong talent pipelines and networks for current and future roles

  • Supporting hiring managers with job briefings, interview coordination, and recruitment best practices

  • Managing and partnering with our preferred recruitment agency providers to ensure quality, value, and alignment with our hiring needs

  • Maintaining accurate records and data via our Applicant Tracking System

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in recruiting through direct sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, networking)

  • Experience managing agency relationships within a structured PSL (Preferred Supplier List) framework

  • Ideally some in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • A good understanding of using ATS platforms and writing inclusive job adverts

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for recruitment
