🚀 Join Wates Group as a Divisional Director – Property Services (Planned Maintenance, London & South East)

Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive meaningful impact in communities across London and the South East? We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Divisional Director to join our Wates Property Services (WPS) team, overseeing a portfolio of Planned Maintenance contracts across Greater London, the South, and South East. Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social housing maintenance—delivering excellence, driving growth, and building strong client relationships.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Vision: Develop and execute a high-performing divisional strategy—from mobilisation to delivery—anchored in our “Delivering the Promise” principles.
  • Own the Numbers: Take full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth across all contracts.
  • Champion Safety & Sustainability: Set the standard for Health, Safety & Environment performance, aligning with our strategic commitments.
  • Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: Build and nurture long-term relationships with local authorities and housing associations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record of growing and evolving contracts within the social housing or property services sector.
  • Strong leadership in delivering outstanding customer service at a regional level.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation across multiple contracts.
