Wates has successfully handed over ‘Queen Elizabeth House’ the new flagship UK Government hub in Edinburgh, to HMRC following a £23m CAT B fit-out project.

Wates has appointed Scott Camp as new Managing Director of its £145m specialist fit-out and refurbishment division.

David is Executive Managing Director of Wates Property Services. He joined Wates in January 2014, following a successful career in senior leadership roles in the support services sector.

John is a chartered construction manager and is responsible for ensuring we deliver for all our existing customers..

Scott joined Wates in 2002 as a project surveyor and has held a number of positions within the business. He was appointed Managing Director of the £145m specialist fit-out and refurbishment division, Wates Smartspace in August 2020, from his previous position as Commercial Director.

Ekaterina is responsible for leading business development for our fit-out team, nationally at Wates.
