With a background that spans quantity surveying, commercial management and regional leadership, he brings comprehensive commercial assurance and a sharp understanding of value, risk and governance.

With more than 30 years at Wates, Mark is a highly experienced operations leader specialising in complex Higher Education and Wet/Dry Leisure projects. He excels in coordinating specialist engineering, technical interfaces and large multi use community facilities under demanding programmes.

Dave provides senior leadership for Wates Construction across the East region, bringing over two decades of hands-on delivery and executive oversight within Higher Education. His long tenure gives clients continuity, deep institutional knowledge and assurance on governance, funding pressures and estate-wide strategic planning.

Martyn Peters has held senior roles across some of the UK’s largest construction and specialist fit out and refurbishment companies, responsible for strategic transformation through his commercial leadership.

As Wates Construction’s Westminster Framework Director, Luke is part of the team leading the delivery of complex heritage and refurbishment projects across the Parliamentary Estate.

Den Daley is Heritage Director for Wates Construction, bringing more than five decades of experience conserving and restoring some of London’s most treasured historic landmarks.

Chris Wright is Project Director for the refurbishment and renewal of Norman Shaw North, a significant project on the Parliamentary Estate.

Gareth Handley is Operations Director for Wates Construction’s work across the Parliamentary Estate, overseeing multiple projects including the fabric safety refurbishment of Victoria Tower.
