Wates has begun the construction of the National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC). The purpose-built facility will be a landmark building that will distinguish the NQCC as a world-leading scientific research institution.

This is the largest building project ever undertaken on behalf of the University and will be its largest teaching and research facility.

Wates and Perfect Circle have jointly completed £22m worth of works at the Loughborough University Science Enterprise Park.
