With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ed has led the delivery of complex, high-impact housing projects, including the award-winning Cardiff Living partnership with Cardiff Council.

Paul Nicholls brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and development sector and currently serves in a senior leadership role at Wates Residential.

A chartered accountant with over 15 years of construction industry experience – including more than a decade at Wates – Steve has been instrumental in securing external finance and shaping the financial strategies that underpin the business’s residential growth.

As Partnerships Director, Craig has over 20 years’ experience working within the housing development sector.

Wiktoria is a highly skilled Retrofit Consultant, specialising in delivering sustainable retrofit solutions for social housing landlords. 

Ashley joined NetZero Collective from Liberty to oversee retrofit design and retrofit coordination and focus on customer/client engagement.  

Daniel is a qualified retrofit coordinator who joined NetZero Collective in 2021 from Liberty Group

Gavin has extensive experience in property services, specialising in repairs, maintenance, voids, and planned works.

Bryan is an experienced Operations Director with over 20 years in the housing, construction, and property services sectors.

Karen has grown turnover, established a visible future order book of growth, and secured Liberty’s largest ever contract.

Kevin joined Wates Strategic Space in September 2024, bringing with him extensive experience from Knight Frank

As Partnerships Director, Craig has over 20 years’ experience working within the housing development sector.

Amy Smith is Partnership Director for Wates Living Space and holds a degree in Building Construction and Management.

David is Executive Managing Director of Wates Property Services. He joined Wates in January 2014, following a successful career in senior leadership roles in the support services sector.

Natalie’s responsibilities centre around ensuring that Wates Residential invests in the right projects and that our customers experience exceptional service from us when they purchase one of our new homes.

Having worked in the built environment for over 18 years, Ben has extensive knowledge and experience across asset management which goes hand in hand with his passion for environment and social value impact.
