This role will focus primarily on kitchen and bathroom (K&B) refurbishment works across occupied properties.🔧 Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned K&B works. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong working relationships. Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections. Manage site documentation, progress reports, and snagging lists.👤 Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing environments. Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
