Administrator

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Oldham office on various contracts for our social housing clients. You will be providing administrative support to managers and employees within our WPS (Wates Property Services Business). Key Accountabilities will include: Amend and improve various Excel trackers to ensure the data can be utilised effectively for data reporting. Create and maintain information on systems and databases and manage efficient filing systems. Close down jobs on the system to ensure reports reflect current work levels. Coordinate meetings when required and greet guests and visitors. Assist with the ordering of Personal Protective Equipment as and when required. Deal with a range of administrative queries that come through to the team. General administrative duties including filing, emailing and photocopying.We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft suite – Word, Excel etc) and extremely organised. The successful individual will have ideally have worked in the construction and/or maintenance industry but this is not essential.Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage. Divisional Director

We have an opportunity for a Divisional Director to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division covering various contracts across the South West of England. You will be reporting into WPS (Wates Property Services,) Regional Managing Director, the primary focus for the role will be to win, direct and deliver through excellent management, profitable response maintenance of social housing stock for local authorities and housing associations across South Planned Maintenance contracts.Key Accountabilities will include: Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles. Full profit and loss accountability for the South Planned region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability. Successfully lead on all aspects of Health Safety & Environment, ensuring divisional reporting and delivery strategic commitments. E-Billing & Payment Assistant

We have a great opportunity for an E Billing and Payments Assistant to join our Wates team within our WPS (Wates Property Services) Business. You will be working out of our Finsbury Park office supporting the Processing Department ensuring adequate management of the supply chain in order to enable the business to meet its primary objectives. Key Accountabilities will include: Ensure that all E-billing is processed in a timely manner and monitoring and reporting any errors through to IT. Ensure invoice queries are resolved within set deadlines following the business invoice query/rejection processes. Ensure any other interdependent systems sharing the same data such as Impact Response and COINS are reconciled on a monthly basis to ensure costs are captured accurately at job level. Ensure supplier creation and maintenance process in COINS is managed effectively both from a central repository and branch level point of view. Ensure all invoices due to be paid are valid from a VAT and CIS point of view and fully compliant with HMRC regulations in force at the time.We are looking for an experienced E Billing and Payments Assistant who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate and extremely organised. The successful individual will ideally have used COINS and IMPACT but this is not essential.Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
