Wates have a new opportunity for a Client Support Administrator to join our Wates FM team based Southampton

As the Client Support Administrator you will be key to the success of our Facilities Management Helpdesk team.

You’ll collate and process timesheets against timescales, arrange travel and accommodation, input changes to our planned work schedules as they arise, manage a wide variety of email inboxes and help with raising Purchase Orders when needed, as well as providing general support on the phones or in covering absence.

As our Client Support Administrator, you will:

  • Have strong administration experience in a busy, customer focused environment.
  • Experience in having worked in Facilities Management before and working knowledge of different systems.
  • Able to liaise, collate and process all paperwork towards our clients’ timescales.
  • Have an excellent customer facing skills via phone, face to face and virtually.
  • Have superb attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
