Mobile AC Engineer

The Vacancy

Wates Group have an opportunity for a Mobile AC Engineer to join our Wates FM team covering the Hampshire area, delivering specialist trade services for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive and minor life cycle works to the Wates FM account.

As our Mobile AC Engineer, you will:

• Support Wates FM accounts for AC/ Refcom works.
• Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations.
• Utilise CAFM/PDa technology for real time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered.

We are looking for a qualified Engineer with an M&E Facilities Management background and a proven track record of mobile delivery within AC/Refrigeration and knowledge of legal/statutory compliance.

To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver all works efficiently and professionally; demonstrating good H&S behaviours at all times.
