What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Data Analyst, you’ll dive deep into data to reveal golden insights that shape business strategy. Here’s a taste of what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Data Mastery: Characterize, model, and refine data, turning raw figures into business gold by identifying grains, dimensions, and transforming coded data into a common language that everyone understands.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to define needs, turn them into actionable user stories, and shape data solutions that drive Smartspace’s success.
  • Insightful Reporting: Develop and deliver data-driven reports, aligning our Smartspace KPIs and connecting data from various digital solutions.
  • Mentorship & Training: Share your knowledge, train team members, and upskill other digital and data units, ensuring data-driven thinking permeates every level of the business.
  • In-Life Support: Troubleshoot, refine, and ensure all data flows remain structured and precise, supporting continuous improvements in data quality and reliability.
  • Strategic Impact: Collaborate with Wates Digital and Data teams to build scalable, powerful data reporting solutions that drive us forward.
