Our retrofit coordination and programme management approach is aligned to PAS2035, the industry leading standard for domestic retrofit projects.

We offer a complete end-to-end retrofit service which assesses each of your properties individually and provides you with a report outlining the possible retrofit options, their relative benefits, and indicative costs. Each proposal is fully risk assessed to ensure that the proposed retrofit measures are compatible with each other and meet the needs of you and your tenants

Commercial retrofit 

Our commercial consultancy services conform to PAS2038, a standard that sets out requirements on retrofitting non-domestic buildings for improved energy efficiency.  

Our team of retrofit consultants are experienced in a large spectrum of different non-domestic properties, from 18,000 sqm leisure centres to 35 sqm community pavilions.

Care and assisted living
