The move closely follows an announcement made by Wates that it has grown its order book for the county to over £50m in the 12 months since it began its expansion into the Cumbria market in 2016.
The contractor is now looking to grow its local team, with new roles including site-based project management and surveying at a variety of levels, planners and design managers. More information about available roles can be found here.
