Wates Smartspace’s facilities management business has been appointed by leading healthcare provider, Horder Healthcare to deliver a three year hard services contract across two of its medical centres and three outreach clinics in the South East of England.
The contract will see Wates Smartspace FM deliver Integrated FM services including building and grounds maintenance at The Horder Centre in East Sussex, in addition to three outreach clinics and another medical centre in the region.
Wates Smartspace FM will also deliver statutory compliance through its in-house, bespoke Assurance Compliance Tool (ACT).
