SES relocates its North West office

Leading national engineering specialist SES Engineering Services (SES), has announced it has relocated its North West office.

Launched in Manchester in 1999, SES works across the breadth of the North West delivering innovative design-led solutions to building services and is active in a diverse range of sectors including commercial property, science and research, the blue light sector, education and student accommodation.

As part of its ongoing commitment to the region, in a move which better reflects its growing stature in the North West as it continues to grow its market share, SES has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 5,800 sq ft of Grade A accommodation at The Royals on Altrincham Road.

Investing a significant sum, SES has carried out a major re-fit of the office space to create a more contemporary and flexible working environment. In addition to the mainly open-plan layout, the redesigned space now includes breakout areas for its employees.

Currently employing 100 people, the North West office forms part of SES’ northern region which has a combined annual turnover of £65m. Speaking about the relocation,

This is an exciting phase in the ongoing development of SES in the North West as we continue to see increased demand for our design-led approach to provide bespoke mechanical and electrical services.

To have all of our employees working on one level in such a contemporary environment is, in my opinion, more beneficial, as it fosters team spirit and allows people to share ideas and innovate, as well as interact socially in the breakout spaces.

By signing a 10-year lease we are clearly setting out our commitment to the region and I look forward to building further on established relationships while at the same time winning new work in what I believe is a buoyant market.”

SES’ Business Director North, Steve Joyce
