Off-site assembly delivers.
To deliver this prestigious project at the heart of Europe’s largest clinical and academic campus, a critical element of SES’ offering was the ability to deliver substantial time, labour and cost savings through its market-leading prefabrication arm, SES PRISM.
SES PRISM played an integral part in the delivery of this project using 1,650m of pipework and a further 300m of primary ductwork and insulation. We delivered a prefabricated building complete with services – a job that would normally take 14 weeks was finished in a single day.
