  • 60 weeks Build
  • DfE Framework Procurement

Live Environment Logistics

We worked closely with the Academy to carefully manage site logistics and the health and safety/access and daily movement of 2,000 pupils and staff into and across the site.

  • 98.6% Percentage waste diverted from landfill
  • £30k SE spend against target of £15k

We’re absolutely delighted with the job Wates have done. The building has been finished bang on schedule and it’s attracting a lot of positive attention in construction and education circles.”
