Wates FM is set to significantly grow its presence in the private sector with its appointment to deliver two major contracts on behalf of Brooks Macdonald and Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
Both set to run for three years, the new contracts closely follow Wates FM’s appointment to deliver a programme of MEP services at 110 Bishopsgate in London.
The new contracts include a package of M&E facility support for London-based law firm, Harbottle & Lewis LLP, and a FM and compliance services contract across Brooks Macdonald’s nationwide estate.
The appointments mark significant growth for Wates FM’s private sector client portfolio and comes just two months after the Wates Group launched its rebranded FM business.
James Gregg, Managing Director of Wates FM, commented:
“The growth and diversity of the new contracts secured by Wates FM are a true testament to the breadth of our expertise and our unique approach to developing bespoke solutions that cater to each of our client’s individual needs.
The launch of Wates FM saw us expand our nationwide capabilities, positioning us as a trusted service provider for both the public and private sectors. This, along with our collaborative approach, will enable us to deliver uncompromising high standards for all of our clients as our business continues to grow.”
