With two years delivery experience for Habitat we were awarded the fit out of their new store in Cheltenham. This store was replacing an existing one so needed to be completed on a very tight schedule.
The project consisted of the fit out of a shell in the new Brewery Shopping Centre in
the town centre and included the installation of a new lift, balustrade side protection to
the stairs and the polishing of the concrete floor.
The pressure was on the team from the outset as the in situ concrete floor finish had to be laid, ground off and diamond polished whilst fit out works were taking place. In order to achieve this on the tight 8 week timescale, the team needed to be fully co-ordinated.
Despite the challenges the team delivered a great store to Habitat on time and on budget.
