Wates Development gained planning consent for the landowners which consisted of a major mixed use development within the town centre of Woking.
The key elements of this project are:
- Consented scheme is made up of 446 residential units, 50,000 sq ft of office space and 14,000 sq ft of mixed retail space.
- A landmark 18 storey tower is the focal point of the gateway into Woking.
- Excellent community engagement resulted no 3rd party objections to the planning application
- Applied all our planning and development vision skills to create a popular and successful scheme, which delighted the landowner.
