Walworth Road, Picket Piece

In 2004 we began working with 43 landowners with a vision to assemble 74 acres of land for a large new village development.  The business successfully gained allocation for over 1,000 new homes and a first phase planning consent for 530 dwellings through the appeal process. The site is now under construction and we are working with David Wilson Homes on the development.
