This development comprised the construction of an industrial/warehouse unit at Greenford Park, formerly the Lyons Tetley Tea Works site.
Works included 67,436ft2 gross external area, including first floor accommodation with toilets and ancillary space of 3,851ft2 gross external area, together with associated service yards and car parking.
The site is located immediately adjacent to the Grand Union Canal which caused a slight challenge to our team. However, our team carefully planned and agreed works with British Waterways to avoid impacting the canal.
The design and build contract included the provision of a recessed loading dock with 4 dock levellers and shortly after completion, the speculative development was fully let.
