Telecom House and Amex House, Brighton

Extended credit: Amex rewards top performance with repeat business

Our first refurbishment project for Amex at Telecom House was delivered on time, on budget and with an exemplary safety and environmental record, achieved through close team collaboration, effective communications and a rigorous approach to project management. Amex was so delighted it appointed us to refurbish its HQ at Amex House.

At Telecom House by working closely with the client, partners and subcontractors, the team came up with practical and cost-effective solutions, laying the foundation for a strong team ethos of mutual trust that helped us deliver the outstanding finished result.

  • The bigger Amex House project was complicated by exceptionally high security procedures and the need for zero impact/disruption to business critical operations.
  • Our works affected several floors of multi-departmental areas, but careful planning and coordination with the client’s Project Management, IT, Security and Facilities teams ensured zero impact on day-to-day operations.
  • American Express was again delighted with our performance, resulting in the award of other works in London and Sussex
