- Prioritised design release, driven by our highly experienced project director, resulted in a 16 week programme reduction, which enabled our customer to take advantage of market conditions and generate additional rental income from early occupancy.
- Savings in excess of £500,000 were generated by our direct and early involvement in the purchase of £10m of capital plant
- In house commissioning provided by the Wates’ team ensured certainty of handover, giving Telecity and their customers a high level of confidence in their business critical continuity being guaranteed
- Overall procurement savings in excess of 5% were achieved across the project enabling Telecity to commence phase II of the programme ahead of plan.
