Fourth Quadrant: Another successful project for Surrey County Council
This was our fourth project for Surrey County Council, demonstrating the mutual benefit of a strong professional relationship built up over time.
- The whole four-storey building was stripped out, refurbished and reconfigured to create new layouts for open plan offices, meeting rooms, and catering and break-out areas, reflecting modern working practices.
- Internal works incorporated compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), meeting a key objective for public sector buildings. Complex and extensive replacement of lighting, heating and air-handling units plus high quality finishes throughout provide a more comfortable and productive working environment.
- Associated works to the car park involved intelligent reconfiguring of the layout to maximize use of available space plus installation of control barriers to improve management of traffic.
