  • 24 week programme

Key elements of this project included:

  • Removal and reinstatement of the shopfront, consisting of planar glazing, stone and terracotta cladding, formation of main entrance Atrium.
  • Removal of existing floors to accommodate escalators serving four floors, two customer lifts, one good lift, refurbishment of the existing car lift and staff stairs to all floors.
  • The new Primark is trading off four floors, of around 80,000 sq ft
