Phillimore Square
The £65m Phillimore Square project, Kensington, was the first garden square to be constructed in London for over 200 years.
The development of Phillimore Square involved the construction of eight town houses complete with individual swimming pools, home cinemas and gymnasiums, together with a further 35 luxury apartments around a garden square.
In addition a 33 unit affordable housing block was built. This block had been pre sold to the Octavia Housing Association.
The design aspiration was for a traditional feel to the external facades, complemented by modern internal spaces. The predominant feature of all properties was the attention to detail in the kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchens are by Boffi and the bathrooms have hardwood joinery with natural limestone floors and walls.
Houses and apartments are all comfort cooled and are complete with A.V.I.T wiring and security. Block A, the 33 unit affordable housing block, was fitted out to Octavia Housing Association’s prescribed specification
