Lifford House, Birmingham

This project involved our team transforming an existing industrial facility into a highly attractive, usable office space to facilitate new ways of working for Birmingham City Council.

Works included using the existing structure to create a new self contained building, and demolition of an industrial building to free up the rear of the site.

Features of the projects:

  • Delivered on time and to budget
  • Achieved BREEAM rating of Very Good
  • 486 workstations provided in a modern, bright, flexible and efficient workspace
  • Positive feedback received from occupants and visitors

This project was recently awarded "Best Recycled / refurbished workspace" at the British Council of Offices awards Midlands East Anglia Region.
