This project consisted of a development of a new warehouse and 3 storey offices, together with service yards and car parking for SEGRO.
Features include
- 8,900 m2 of warehouse, with built up metal wall cladding and composite roof sheeting.
- Full-height curtain walling, broken at grids by terracotta clad columns
- Concrete service yards and tarmac / block paved parking.
- Offices incorporating cores to each floor, fitted out to include carpeted raised floors, dry lined partitions and lay in ceilings.
