The John Lewis Partnership Sales Opportunity Programme was the roll-out of new Menswear, Cook Shop and Lighting departments to their existing store portfolio. 

Working closely with their existing supply chain we offered a new approach and style to how the programme was delivered. 

The majority of the work was completed over night, which meant communication between all parties was key to successful delivery

Prior to any works commencing in the stores we held meetings with the project teams, which included suppliers and store representatives, to agree the project scope, communication, programme, phasing and handovers.  This was then captured in a final presentation to the John Lewis Partners.
