The Wates Interiors team have successfully secured the 14,000 sq ft office fit out scheme for property consultants Hill International at 11 Pilgrim Street, EC4.
- The nine week scheme comprises a CAT B fit out to the third floor including meeting rooms, a training centre, breakout areas, tea points and open plan offices.
- After extensive consultation, the team was able to develop a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and tailor the service to tightly reflect their requirements.
- At the forefront of these requirements was the need to build a quality space that was both efficient and effective whilst assuring price certainty in an uncertain market.
