Wates Retail secured the programme to relocate the UK Beneficial Finance portfolio from high street locations to commercial offices. Providing an in house project management and design service, supported by our partner architect, Wates Retail are providing a full turnkey service.
Key elements of the Wates service on this project are:
- Complete project management from site identification through to completion and post completion support.
- The works include refurbishment of secondary office space, installation of fixtures, fittings and data services.
- Through the process Wates Retail provides a project management and oversight service, liaising with landlords, third parties and our customer’s stakeholders to provide an end to end design and build solution.
