Global professional services firm, Ernst & Young awarded Wates Interiors with a contract to refurbish part of its London headquarters in SE1.
- The scheme, from architects, Broadway Malyan incorporates a bespoke steel staircase, from the 7th to 6th floor which was built to replicate the existing as well as secondary glazing to the whole 6th floor.
- The team were able to draw on the expertise of Wates Group’s in-house Engineering Department for the engineering, for structural and technical matters related to the construction of this project, which also added value for our customer.
- The project was delivered out of hours to ensure no disruption to Ernst and Young’s operations.
