The project in this prestigious building demanded a highly experienced team working within the most rigorous building rules and regulations

The fit out involved new open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms, lobbies, vend and receptions. The Day 2 required the installation of a number of widely different facilities including new offices, meditation and quiet rooms, four SERs, plus creation of security SER and one data centre PC lab.

The building remained occupied and fully operational throughout the works. The project required careful co-ordination of the building services with a daily permit-to-work regime that had to be precisely managed to meet the demanding 'fast track' 21-week programme.

A critical objective of the project was the maintenance of the building's BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. Consequently, we involved one of our own BREEAM assessors throughout the project, from the tender period to completion to ensure the rating was achieved.
